This is a 2-month, remote, task-based internship program designed to provide practical, hands-on experience through structured project work. Interns will be assigned tasks in multiple phases, each with defined execution, submission, and review periods. The program emphasizes real-world application, consistency, and measurable performance rather than theoretical learning.
Throughout the internship, participants are expected to work independently while maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines. Tasks are designed to simulate real production environments, requiring not only technical implementation but also problem-solving, creativity, and attention to quality.
Performance evaluation is continuous and based on multiple factors, including task quality, problem-solving ability, creativity, timely submission, and overall project quality. Each completed task contributes to an internal scoring system. While these scores are not displayed on certificates or recommendation letters, they play a significant role in determining eligibility for strong recommendations and future opportunities.
All task assignments and submissions will be managed through an official Telegram bot, which will be provided upon acceptance. This ensures a structured and consistent workflow for all participants.
The use of AI tools is permitted, but with clear limitations. Interns are expected to rely primarily on their own understanding and effort. Excessive dependence on AI, particularly generating complete solutions without comprehension, may negatively impact evaluation. As a general guideline, AI should be used as a supporting tool rather than a primary implementation method, and all submitted work must be fully understood by the intern. This is especially important as candidates may be required to explain their work in depth during future evaluations or interviews.
Interns may work on tasks individually or in teams, but teams will be assigned by the program coordinators. Participants do not choose their own team members; teams are structured to ensure effective collaboration and balanced skill distribution.
This internship is suitable for individuals at different levels, including students, provided they can manage their time effectively and maintain consistent progress. The flexible structure allows participants to balance other commitments, but it also requires discipline and accountability.
By the end of the program, interns are expected to have developed practical, production-level skills, gained experience working on structured tasks, and improved their ability to build, evaluate, and refine real-world solutions.
